I am thinking of purchasing this product and have tested the trial version. My problem is that when the image is opened it is jagged and when converting it to stitches, there are too many colours even after using the wizard. Half the image is missing as well. Can you help.
You need to use the needle and click on the zones you want to embroider one at a time. It did that for me too and I figured out how to do it. You can also change the angle of all the colors, I recommend reducing the stitches to 2 and 2. Good luck!
